Top notch service and amazing crew by Jason Kerner. These guys blasted out my 12’x25’ aspen pool in a really tight spot behind my home. Nestled in between my neighbors houses they’re were able to do the construction without tearing up my landscaping. Great hard scraping of the finished product and the pools are very solid for our ND winters. I’m overall happy with our investment to our home. Backyard Escapes has an amazing crew to work with that will answer any questions on the spot and Jason is a text/email away from any concerns or questions about your project. This is an excellent company with a great owner who works hard to provide a great product and customer service. Jason Kerner impresses me very much with his knowledge of his products along with his ability to make it all happen. When I was looking to put a pool in my backyard I didn't realize there was a local company that did it. I was worried about not getting good customer service but after working with Jason for over 8 months on our project I can happily say I was wrong. He's even on the job site pouring concrete or doing whatever else needs to be done. They got a little bit behind on installing my pool but worked on 2 different weekends to get caught back up and get it done on time. I will refer anyone I know looking for a pool their way.
