Hydro Pool and Spa

We purchased a hot tub from Hydro in 2025….and we could not be happier with it! Probably a typical feeling with hot tub owners but the difference maker is the Hydro Team/staff!! From the owners, Carmen and Jason, to their field staff, especially Ryan and Scott! Hydro also services our pool and we are always completely satisfied with their work. Hydro has definitely earned our loyalty……thank you Hydro Team!!

The Hydro pool and Spa pool team did an excellent job helping me open my pool this season and fix a leak that could have put it out of commission this year. They provided good advice for maintaining the pool throughout the season which was very helpful for a novice in-ground pool owner! Thank you Ryan, Scott and Jason!

We had an excellent experience with Hydro Pool and Spa! They helped with a number of small repairs for our in-ground spa. Ryan was thorough, transparents, quick to respond to questions, and great to work with. We will happily continue to use them going forward for any other spa needs!

From start to finish, this was truly one of the best purchase experiences we have had in a very long time. In a world where great customer service can feel hard to find, this company was such a gift. Every step of the process was handled with care, consistency, and genuine kindness. We originally contacted them planning to purchase a sauna, but the experience was so positive and the team was so wonderful to work with that we ended up purchasing a hot tub as well. That alone says so much about the trust and confidence they created throughout the process. The communication was excellent throughout, and every person we interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. You could tell they truly cared, not just about making a sale, but about making sure we felt informed, comfortable, and well taken care of. The installers were just as wonderful. They were respectful of our home, incredibly helpful, and took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was done right. Their professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression. We are so thankful for this experience and could not be happier with our hot tub and sauna purchase. I will recommend this business again and again because the people behind it made all the difference. Their service did not just meet our expectations, it far exceeded them, and that kind of experience is something truly special.
