You cannot get a better company to install your pool or service your existing pool. In the video I posted you see them dig the entire whole in a single day. They work fast friendly great attention to detail and treat your property with greatest care and respect. Blown away by how great our experience was with our new pool thanks to the entire group of great people!
In late April early May of 2020 we started visiting pool companies to install a pool. After visiting multiple businesses in the area we thought Charles Mainers pool in Oak Grove MO would be a good fit for us. After a long conversation with them about the services they offer and what styles of pools they build we informed them that we would like to move forward with a pool build. The employee we had been meeting with informed us it would be summer of 2021 before they could build us a pool. This was a normal wait time for pool builders in the area so. agreed that would be fine. She informed us that they would need to come out and perform a site survey. We asked if we needed to put money down and she informed us that was not required until after the site visit. We left and looked forward to hearing from them. In July of 2020 we contacted Mainers pool and inquired about when the site visit would take place. The same lady we had been dealing with in May informed us the visit would be in August of 2020. No one showed up or called in August so we called in September and we were told they would be out. In November we called to check up and we get a recording that says they are closed for the season but they check messages and will call back. We called 4 times and left messages over the winter. We never received a return call. On March 8th 2021 we contacted them again and inquired about the visit. The same lady we had been dealing with informed us we could get on a list for 2022. She acted like them not calling back or showing up was a normal thing. Her excuse was last season was crazy! I informed her we will have to wait until 2022 now and will find a pool builder who will return calls and follow through with schedules. If this is how this company acts before they get your money I can only imagine what they will be like once they get your money. I’m sure they are great people who are busy. None of that is my issue when you don’t return calls are follow through with appointments.

We were very impressed with the entire process of building our swimming pool. From design to completion, Chuck and his team delivered outstanding results in every way. He went above and beyond, especially after a summer flash flood propelled a stream of mud into our newly-opened pool. Chuck came out daily for a week, and worked feverishly to save our liner and return the water to its pristine beauty. We have referred several of our friends to Mainard's Pool for their swimming pool needs.
