I hired Eagle Pools to locate and repair a leak in my pool behind my house. They were responsive from the first call. They came out and did the leak detection, and identified the problem pretty quickly. They then schedule my repair within days and had it done quickly and effectively. We have had a very positive experience with Eagle Pools. Their communication is clear, scheduling is consistent, and the overall service has been reliable. Thiago has been outstanding as our pool technician. He is detail oriented, keeps the pool in excellent condition, and makes sure chemicals and equipment are properly maintained. He explains things clearly when needed and addresses any concerns quickly. It is hard to find service providers that are both professional and consistent. Eagle Pools and Thiago deliver on both.
