I am 12 months in to using these guys and they’re great! Anyone who has come out for service has been helpful and polite. They have helped me understand how to take care of my pool and equipment.
Some of my equipment was past its useful life and their repairs or replacements have been cost effective.
When I contact Superior they respond quickly and have been available in a timely manner.

They don’t even deserve 1 star! I had to tell them how to do their job and ended up doing most of it myself anyway! They do not care about your investments or doing the job properly! Beware if you decide to use these guys! They carelessly damaged our very expensive pool cover! This was our final straw with this pathetic company!

Adam and his crew are always on point. Very knowledgeable, willing to share their knowledge and teach you as much as you want to learn in taking care of your own pool and hot tub. Very responsive and extremely friendly and attention to detail is impeccable. So glad we found Superior Solutions and highly recommend to anyone needing any help done with their pool or hot tub.
