They have our pool profile saved in their database and even tho our family just has an above ground pool, we’re always treated as if we have the best pool around!Great service. Great team. I'm staying at my sister in laws house and watched the pool guy clean the pool he didn't even vacuum it and as far as I know your supposed to vacuum every pool
Great place for almost any pool need. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.
I retained Morehead Pools to clean my pool, in part, because of the stellar reviews I read online. However, two months (four trips later) and little to no progress (water was not safe for swimming), I fired Morehead Pool. The new company I retained cleaned my pool in less than a week. Based on this experience, I will not be using Morehead Pools ever again and I would not recommend Morehead Pools to a friend or family member. I am pleased that there are individuals that have had great experiences with Morehead Pools. Unfortunately, I was not one of them.
I had a pool installed in 2004. Did a great job, until 6 months later, rebarb came thru the wall on the deep end. Happened 3 times , had to drain the pool to grind it down and replaster it. Them the warranty ran out on the fourth and so on. It still does it. But the bad thing was they never came back to match the walls all these years I have a big white stain on the wall. I went back to see the owner and nothing was ever done and it still coming through.
