Excellent place. Always very helpful with our pool supplies. This place by far the best

One of their drivers deliberately sped up to cut me off then gives me the middle of finger. These kind of employees are usually a microcosm of the company itself.
Choose wisely.

Scott and his entire staff are AMAZING! SECOND TO NONE!! Scott and his team have gone out of their way, over and above to always help me, come do service calls on short notice, are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, honest, kind, and just all around the best place and best people ever!!. If I could give 100 stars, I would. I wont go anywhere else!. I 1000% recommend New England Pool & Spa for all your pool and spa needs! The ONLY PLACE TO GO!!

Kristin Burns on New England Pool & Spa

Our pool equipment stopped producing chlorine after this company added an excessive amount of salt to our saltwater pool. I called several times to express my concerns, and each time I was told the salt level was “fine.” However, I took the time to consult multiple online pool care groups, visited a pool store twice, and even contacted the pool equipment manufacturer directly. Every single one of them confirmed the same thing: the salt level was too high.
When I called to request that they drain the pool some inches so we could refill with fresh water to dilute the salt—a service I would be paying for—I was screamed at. I have never in in my life been spoken to like that by another adult. It was not only unprofessional, it was downright appalling.

This company is both rude and incompetent. I am disgusted, floored, and frankly still in shock.

Michael Kraft on New England Pool & Spa

The Friday before Father's Day weekend, my pool pump died. Finding a replacement that I could install was its own challenge, let alone someone who could do the work last minute. NEPS had the part in stock. And while they could not do the install on such short notice, I am a pretty handy person and have plenty of tools and know how. But still, I had never done this particular job. Kevin spent a very long time walking me through the process of removing the old and installing the new, showing me how things would look once I broke it down, the order of removal and replacement, tools I would need, etc.He showed me the exploded view diagrams and had me take pictures of several things so I could reference those during the replacement. Between that and a couple of very good YouTube videos, I felt this was a job I could manage and, well, I didn't have much choice if we wanted to swim over the weekend. And one more thing - he said if I ran into trouble, I could bring everything over to the store and he would help put it all together. In the end, the job went very smoothly. I was able to manage it myself and the weekend was saved. I am very grateful for his willingness to work with me as long as needed so that I could manage this job on my own.
