I am absolutely shocked by the two reviews prior to mine. We had a positive experience with dreamscape. When we had concerns, they fixed them within a timely manner and to satisfaction.

I was happy with the price of the pool, willingness to listen to the design I wanted, and the communication from dale and James.

Their "base" pool includes pebblesheen, LED lights, tile along the stairs and tanning ledge etc. so the "base" pool they are building is already the upgraded model from other companies. I will post pictures of the aqua blue pebblesheen pool and once it's landscaped will post better pictures.

????? Buyer Beware: Severe Quality Issues
Review of Dreamscape Pools (Pool completed Spring 2022)
We are writing this review four years after our pool installation to warn other homeowners. While the company repeatedly asked for a positive review early on, we are incredibly glad we waited. Over the last four years, we have experienced poor craftsmanship and a lack of customer service.
Here are the specific issues we have faced:

1. Substandard Yard Grading (Spring 2022)
The excavation process dug up a significant amount of rock. Instead of informing us about the soil conditions or suggesting we bring in clean topsoil, Dreamscape simply spread boulders and rocks over one foot long all over our yard. When we complained, we were told leaving massive rocks everywhere was "up to their standards."

2. Mismatched Fencing
Due to a lack of proper planning and communication on their end, we ended up with mismatched fencing sections in our yard. We ultimately had to agree to keep two different styles just to avoid the hassle of having the entire project torn down and redone.

3. Chronically Recurring Rust Marks (2022–Present)
Rust has repeatedly bled through the plaster:
•    November 2022: Less than a year after completion, the first bleeding rust mark appeared. It was "repaired" in early 2023.
•    Late 2025: A second rust mark bled through the exact same "repaired" spot. Dreamscape repaired it again, but their employee left metal rebar shavings at the bottom of our pool. My husband was told to just vacuum them up. Running our pool vacuum for hours only succeeded in spreading the metal shavings across the entire pool floor.
•    Spring 2026: Upon opening our pool this season, a third major rust mark appeared in a brand-new spot. Additionally, the pool floor is covered in tiny rust dots from the left-behind shavings, and the pool walls suffer from extensive metal staining. A local pool company with over 50 years of experience also believes this widespread staining was caused by the rust sitting in our pool all winter.

4. Ignored Communication
My husband contacted Dreamscape regarding the severe 2026 staining. They promised they would be out the following week to look at it. Weeks have passed, multiple emails have been completely ignored, and we have been left stranded with a damaged pool.

Conclusion
We have fully documented this entire nightmare with extensive photos, emails, and text messages. Please do your research before committing to this pool builder.

Dale, James, and the Dreamscape crew are truly amazing! Our pool was complete within 8 weeks. The process was so easy. They were so kind and helpful along the way. We got constant updates of where they were in the construction and who would be in our yard tomorrow. When reaching out to them, Dale & James are always quick to respond. They had the best prices around! My husband & I had been pool shopping for 4 years before finally coming across their company that was reasonably priced with great workmanship. We could not be happier with our experience with Dreamscape Pools. Dale and his team took our vision and turned it into the backyard we had been hoping for. From the first design conversations all the way through construction, inspections, and even our first pool opening and closing, they were responsive, organized, helpful, and reliable.

This was not a basic pool project — everything was highly custom, including a waterslide, a large amount of rock work, patio work to match our existing space, and several other custom details. Dale did a great job coordinating all of it and keeping everything moving smoothly. He kept us updated throughout the process and made sure we always knew what was happening next.

The finished product is absolutely beautiful and has completely transformed our backyard into a space that feels like a vacation at home. We are beyond pleased with how everything came together.

This review is a year late. And what a year it has been. April 2024 my new pool was officially ready. The journey started Oct 2023 and was so much fun during construction. Dale, Howard, and James and the entire Dreamscape family were great to work with. I asked a LOT of questions and they all helped me understand; so much patience. Last summer I really enjoyed my new backyard with the enlarged patio and of course the pool!! We made it through the first winter, including the 10" of snow - winter cover worked like a champ. Even the foxes love playing on it. They recommended a maintenance company. A&M Pools, who are also so fabulous with opening, closing and cleaning.
Prior to this, i had horrible luck with contractors on home improvements. I was so scared to death this would go horribly wrong. I told Dale this and he NEVER let me down. He was honest with me from the beginning to avoid surprises and I can't ask for more. You get what you pay for and I'm really glad I didn't skimp on my dream.
