How this place has a 4.8* rating is beyond me. Was told I had a warranty, and that a repair was going to cost $50. $450 later, and I’ve got a dispute on my hands. This place is as unorganized as it gets. They send their techs to the wrong house, then on a wild goose chase around town for supplies that they need for a salt tub, and charge extra for the labor that is completely their fault. If you want your day ruined, buy a tub or call these yahoos for service.

100% satisfied! It was such a fantastic experience dealing with the entire staff. The product was top notch but it was the human interaction that really earned them the top rating. Cora was amazing and helped me find the hot tub that fit my requirements in terms of space and electrical needs. Isaac and Kelly delivered the tub and they were both extremely professional and proficient despite it being -15° during installation, complete all-stars! And Chris came out to help fill the tub and finish the electrical, also a super polite and professional employee. All in all it took about 2-3 hours to get it installed and filled. I will certainly recommend them to anyone in the area and use them for all my future needs.
