????? Five-Star Experience with Jackson Custom Pools! We are absolutely thrilled with our new pool! Jackson Custom Pools turned our backyard into a true paradise that we will enjoy for many years to come. From start to finish, the workmanship was excellent, with a clear attention to detail that shows in every corner of the project. A huge shout-out to Derek, our project manager, who was phenomenal. His communication was top-notch—he was always quick to respond to our questions and handled any service items immediately. What really stood out was the great coordination between Derek, the office staff, and the crews on-site. Everyone worked in sync to ensure the job was completed smoothly and professionally. If you want an awesome job done by a team that genuinely cares about the final result, I highly recommend Jackson Custom Pools!

Jackson Pools was amazing to work with. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Their team is very helpful, detailed, and the turnaround was quick. Pricing was competitive with all other quotes as well. I’m a first time pool owner so I had a lot of questions and they were very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The equipment they suggested was installed well, and this was confirmed by my new pool maintenance company as an outside source. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Sarasota area!

Jackson Pools was AMAZING! Great communication through the entire project, on time and budget. Start to finish was about ~5 weeks from the dig to filling with water. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Our project manager, Derek, was outstanding - attentive, responsive, and made sure everything stayed on track. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream pool.
