Legacy has great customer service! They are always very helpful when you call them with any question about a hot tub. The crew that installed my hot tub went above and beyond to get my hot tub where I wanted it! It didn’t take them long either. They were also very helpful with explaining what I needed to do in setting it up! They are all around a trusted company to work with!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Legacy Hot Tubs, and it was delivered last week. We can’t say enough about what an incredible experience we had from start to finish.When we visited the showroom, we were so impressed with Trey, the salesperson who helped us. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had an idea of which model we wanted, but he spent the time helping us compare the other models, just to make sure we got the right one. There were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. He answered all our questions and when we told him we had just started shopping around, he said, “thanks for coming in”. Again, no pressure. We went to 2 other companies but kept coming back to the hot tub we saw at Legacy and our great experience with Trey. We went back the next day and purchased the hot tub!The installation process was also a great experience. Tyler and Brian arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and very careful with the landscaping around our deck. Tyler took the time to walk us through all the features, as well as the chemical setup and ongoing maintenance. He made sure we felt completely comfortable before leaving and encouraged us to reach out with any questions.We also really appreciated that the entire team consists of actual employees rather than subcontractors. That level of consistency made a noticeable difference—not just during the initial experience, but in the confidence we have in their ongoing service. They all really seem to care about their company and to make sure we had the best possible experience. We can’t wait to start using our hot tub. Thanks everyone!

Bought a great Jacuzzi at Legacy spas in Sarasota. The new infrared light therapy is a great bonus with this spa, and the foot dome is amazing. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
