Contacted Trusted Pool & Spa late last summer for a quote on a pool. The sales person, Ian, came out and spent a bit of time explaining the entire process, from permitting all the way thru construction. He was so thorough that we decided we would place our trust and money toward Trusted in building out our little paradise. Construction began in early 2026 with excavation, gunite, cage and deck installation, completing mid-April. While the process wasn't without hiccups, John our engineer did his best to keep the process moving forward. Finally, Shawn opened the pool, executed pool university and spent the first 4 weeks teaching our family how to care for the pool. Overall, everyone at Trusted deserves a big kudus for their professionalism in the massive construction project. We have had post install warranty work that has also been exceptional. Overall, wouldn't change our decision to go with Trusted in building the pool, couldn't be happier.
Our pool was a complete mess and eye sore and it was our dream to have it remodled. Trusted Pools was able to make that dream a reality. From start to finish everything was great. Chris and Tyler are great to work with and made the whole process super easy. Tyler the remodle supervisor is the best. He kept me updated throughout the remodle, was always quick to respond with any concerns. SERIOUSLY like one of the best people I've worked with in any industry. If you are looking for a great and responsive company Trusted pools is the one to go with. I work in the pool industry and have seen and heard all the horror stories of pool remodles gone bad and they are definatly not that. Trusted Pools was great and I would recomend them to anyone!

Project Manager John did an outstanding job overseeing the project, keeping us informed every step of the way, and ensuring everything stayed on schedule. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Andrew was also a valuable part of the team and helped ensure the project was completed to the highest standards.Another aspect that impressed us was the sub contracting crew's attention to cleanup. At the end of each workday, they took great care to leave the area neat and organized, which was especially important given the proximity of neighboring properties. Their respect for our home and our neighbors did not go unnoticed.The entire team exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the beautiful pool they built for us. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service shown by everyone involved are reflected in the finished product. Great pool company, these guys know what they’re doing. We’ve had our pool for almost a year now and we still love it. The sales team and construction team were very much in sync and gave timely updates. The costs were well explained and we had no surprise expenses added on. I also didn’t feel like I was ever getting pressured or sold upgrades. Kala our sales rep was detailed, to the point, and such a pro. We love the upgrade to our home and would do it again with this company. Oh, shout out to Carlos our construction manager, he was awesome. And Zach out start up pool tech taught me how to use the equipment well, I’ve been doing the maintenance on my own with no issues.
