I was in need of two fasteners for the floor drain cover of my 30 year old pool and I didn’t hold out much hope that the parts would still be available.Then I called Pioneer Brampton and spoke with Ben. He tracked down the parts for me and offered to order them with a 14 day delivery - then he dug deeper and found a place where I could pick them up the next day because I needed them immediately.He was friendly, courteous, conscientious and of course helpful.This transaction did not benefit Pioneer Brampton, but because of Ben all my pool dealings going forward will be with Pioneer Brampton.Fred P.Brampton

We are new pool owners and recently opened our pool for the first time. Pioneer Family Pools & Spas has been extremely helpful throughout this entire experience. The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and made both me and my husband feel like we were in good hands and truly taken care of.They were able to answer any and every question I had and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. My wife and I purchased an inground pool from Dave Hrycyna around 7 years ago. Since then, I have pretty much gone to Pioneer exclusively for any pool needs. I have called him to ask general questions, and when needed, he has just offered to troubleshoot the issue himself and come on over. Any time I go into the store, the first thing he does is make me an espresso. I find his prices reasonable, and over the course of time, he has earned my trust from the beginning. I would recommend Dave and his team to anyone looking to purchase or maintain their family pool.
I wanted to take a minute and acknowledge the great job that Pioneer did with my pool this summer. I had contacted Pioneer in April and had the fortune of initially dealing with Julia from the service department. I was looking for quotes on replacing my 23-year-old vinyl liner and installing a new salt water system. From the get-go, Julia was extremely helpful with sending me a number of quotes for different liners and saltwater systems. Her level of professionalism and communication was something I was very impressed with. I was also dealing with major plumbing leaks in 2 of my plumbing lines. After mentioning this to Julia, she helped make arrangements to get them diagnosed and ultimately fixed. The level of service and pricing honestly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Pioneer and will use them again without hesitation.Thank you Pioneer, for helping me give my pool a much needed face lift.
