I have been coming to Whitaker Pools for over 10 years now. Every summer they have provided me with quick and accurate advice on my pool service needs, particularly chemicals and cleaning products. My pool water sparkles from opening in April until closing in October, all thanks to their consistent expert advice! There are a lot of fly by nights, but Whitaker is a name you can trust and count on.
Whitaker Pool has opened my pool the last 15 or 20 seasons. They have changed the liner twice and 2 seasons ago replaced my original (1977) filter and pump. Over the years they have detected and repaired leaks in the suction line. Service always good, staff friendly and never a cause to complain. I have the water tested about twice a season and always good advice available.
Initially I have dealt with Whitaker Pools 13 years ago. We ordered a new liner and a flex pool cover. Dealing with the company was seamless and the installation of the liner went on time and flawlessly. We have enjoyed the pool for 13 seasons now and just this year (mostly due to heavy icing during the past few winters) we saw a few spots where the liner came off of its track. We were unable to re-track the liner ourselves using the old proven "cattle" method, so we made a request for a service call. The customer service representative was a delight to deal with. The booking of a service call was a breeze. We were kept abreast of when the maintenance team will show up and when they did, they made a point of explaining all the available options to us. The liner was successfully re-tracked and secured inside the track. Our experience with Whitaker Pools is stellar. Customer service second to none. We highly recommend them.
