Great place for pool or spa purchase suplise and advise. Never had any issues.
Extremely disappointed with the Hooton. We were told that service would take approximately 2–3 weeks, but it has now been 6 weeks and we still have not received any service.What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. We have made multiple phone calls and gone in person multiple times, yet the service manager has never returned a single call or responded to any of our messages.After waiting for weeks with no updates or support, we ended up visiting another Pioneer Pools. They took the time to walk my husband through how to fix the issue himself, completely free of charge. Within minutes, we had more help from them than we received in six weeks from the Hooton.Delays can happen, but ignoring customers and failing to communicate is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and we will be going elsewhere for our pool needs.
I purchased a Waterway Pool Filter in 2007 and recently needed a replacement drain plug due to a crack. Hooton supplied the part the same day, and their customer service was excellent. Thank you for your outstanding support.
Unsatisfactory service. Over the years we have bought all our replacement equipment from Hooton. Easily over $10k. Since we use C-pool and it has to be purchased elsewhere. We buy very few chemicals. So we always bought our large items from Hooton. Recently, they installed our new liner. We purchased an extra tank of water. We felt the extra tank wasn't added. As seen in the pictures. 3 tanks plus hours of our hose running. Only brought the level to our first step. Beyond all of that. We spoke to a couple ppl and it was being looked at. Going forward. I was told the 3rd tank invoice had to be paid. Upset I said the water supplier was going to cost them a customer. Well, without batting and eye. This long-haired, black finger nail employee. Looks at his screen and says, "Oh well, it's been 3 years anyway." Didn't think it had been that long since our last purchase. However, it was a safety cover. Apparently, this employee has no soft skills, and I'm not worth anything as a customer. Going forward, that frustrated customer who would have gotten over the bill. Will now not ever come back. I will also gladly tell others of my experience. As for future equipment, our new heat pump, robot, and hot tub. Will now be purchased elsewhere. Along with everything else.
