We purchased an above ground pool. Dale and his team was wonderful explaining all steps and details. Taking the time to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would recommend Dale and Pioneer Pools.
We chose a hot tub brand that was less expensive. Hind sight showed that you get what you pay for. The sales staff was informative and cautioned us, but we were planning on moving and only needed to replace the current unit with something.As it turned out, the new tub was less than what we wanted, but that was not established until after it was delivered.We spoke with Brady and explained that the spa we bought was less than what we expected. Although it took some time, Brady went to work and arranged to swap out the inferior tub with a Caldera Makena - a much better unit. We obviously paid the. difference in price, had the old tub picked up and the new one installed and are quite pleased with the result.If you're planning on using the hot tub for more than 10 years, buy a quality product from Brady or Dale and you won't be disappointed.Great customer service! Great people! Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced.

They attended our house to review the property and gather the necessary information to provide pool and equipment options as well as thoughtful recommendations. The entire process was clear, transparent and enjoyable. The pool was built exactly as promised and according to schedule. Josh and the Pioneer team were personable, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and professional.
We have had the best experience as first-time hot tub buyers and users. Dale was our salesman and he made our experience such an enjoyable and stress free time. He is very thorough and made sure we chose the right hot tub for our needs and wants. Once the hot tub was set up, he came to our house to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we knew what we were doing. That showed us how passionate he is and that he takes great pride in his job! The delivery men were on time and did an incredible job at placing and setting up the cover.
