My husband and I were excited to embark on a journey seeking the right company to help us custom design a pool. This was not just any pool; we had decided early on that it would be a family pool where we could watch all our grandkids and family come together. While researching different pool companies available in our area we began noticing a Hummer vehicle with a Logan Pools decal in our local travels. When we were truly ready to commit, we reached out to Mike, owner of Logan Pools. With little direction on what we had in mind or how to start the process, we instantly felt reassured after our first conversation with Mike that we made the right choice. The readiness to assist my husband and me with the project without hesitation immediately made me confident and secure we chose the correct company. The process took a few months longer than scheduled, due to my husband and I wanted to install other concrete projects. (i.e., RV parking with a circular driveway, sidewalk, etc. that Mike was happy to complete for us) which prolonged the process. Mike was able to make our vision come to life. He carefully listened to our wants, needs, and concerns and was such an expert with pool designing that we had no questions about some suggested alterations being incorporated that we had never even thought of. Mike always took the time to converse or greet any family members present who were often around the home to answer any questions or address any concerns from start to finish. Mike showed up at every point through the journey with every subcontractor, and city inspector, up until the finished project. Mike was always a phone call away when we had any second thoughts or ideas that popped up in our heads. It was easy to see that Mike had a good working relationship with all subcontractors/inspectors used, for at times he was able to leverage these relationships to communicate our changes saving months of delay in our project. Without Mike’s direction and expertise, we could not have created our dream pool for the family to enjoy. There is no doubt that Logan Pools is the correct prudent choice for any pool design or installation services. All aspects of the design were accomplished in an efficient and timely manner. The initial 3D design given to us before the process as a visual does not account for how beautiful and astonishing the outcomes are today. Throughout our project, we had the opportunity to meet Mike, his wife, and some of his family and they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you, Logan Pools!!! Anyone looking to install a pool should not dismiss looking to utilize Logan Pools and Mike’s expertise. Logan Pools is a 5 out of 5.

Mike Logan is the best in the business! He is creative, knows the in’s and out’s of everything pool related. He makes sure you get the best pool for your money and is always responsive to emails and phone calls. I enjoyed working with him and all of the subs he hired to construct my pool. Highly recommend!

We bought a house in Brentwood in 2020 after a few months of COVID. I really wanted a pool - but the house we ended up with didn't have one...so, decided we would put one in.

I looked at various websites and contractors. I called a few - but they were sporadic in responses and not really "customer friendly", and my thought was if this is how they were with a potential new client...how would they be later on? Then I stumbled upon Mike Logan.

Mike lives in Brentwood. He does service a chunk of the East Bay. However, from his website and videos, I saw a person who wrote books on his area. A man who has 30+ years of experience in this business. A man who served in the military and believes in quality. So, I called the number on the site and spoke with him. And he let me know that his dance card was full, and to try back in February. He'd take my name down and then we would talk then. My wife wanted something a little sooner - but I trusted Mik and truly believed that he was about quality.

In February, we spoke and he could fit me in. Then came the fun part! Designing our pool! What features did we want? Did we want a jacuzzi? Waterfalls? Tiles and color? And there is this thing called prism matrix that works so nicely on your feet. So many choices - what do you want YOUR dream pool to look like and what can you fit under your budget.

Mike then takes those ideas and puts them in a 3-D video and shows how it would look in your backyard (I think this is his favorite part as well...designing a pool). After that you get a quote and then once the paperwork is signed, your pool starts.

Now, in 2021 there were a lot of supply shortages and price increases - but Mike took care of those (our stated price did not change) and while there were delays - Mike was in constant communication with us and let my wife and I know how the project was going.

It's been a year now, and everyone loves the pool and going for a 4 PM dip when it is 100 degrees outside. Oh, and another great thing is the Logan Lifetime Guarantee. If something is up with your pool - and something needs to be fixed - he will do that at no cost to you! This is for as long as you own your house. Now, that is a great peace of mind (and that Prism Matrix helps prevent cracks, and does feel good on the feet).

We're glad we went with Logan Pools as even after our pool was finished, Mike has stayed in contact. In June, Mike sent over a present (a pool basketball set) and that was appreciated. As our 10 year old turned 11 then, we just said it was a birthday present - and PJ loves it! Mike exemplifies what good customer service is about (and no, I'm not a relative - although we're both Irish...)

I've attached a picture of our pool (I couldn't get it all in with a side shot - and our back yard is a work-in-process, one thing at a time). We love it and it's a good investment for the present and the future!

Mike built our pool 20 years ago and we love it as much today as we did 20 years ago. We choose Pebble Tech when the pool was build but now it is time to resurface. Mike came out and suggested a newer product Wet Edge Prism Matrix and the color we choose was Eclipse. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike is a good guy and has his customers best interests at heart.

I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience working with Mike Logan & Logan Pools. My project started from a true "blank slate" new construction yard (with nothing but sand!) and Mike transformed it into a yard that we absolutely love! (before & after pics show the transformation)

Mike handled every detail of each stage of the project seamlessly from beginning to end. He really listened to me during the design process & I learned so much about the whole process during those invaluable planning sessions. He was always here early in the mornings whenever his work crews arrived & he checked in on every detail to make sure there was clear direction & communication each step of the way, which made such a huge difference in the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and he insists on high standards so, while you might find a company willing to build your pool cheaper, you will never find one who will take as much care to give you the absolute best product that can be built. He hung in there with me when I changed my mind constantly on details like tile choice & he stayed professional and kind every step of the way. I recommend him without any reservation and promise if you select him for your pool, you will be in good hands!!!
