We were very happy with the installation of our new pool by All American Pool. All American gave us a timeline of each step along the process, so we knew what to expect and when.They did all the permits with the town, saving us an unwanted hassle. They did a great job - the pool is beautiful and we have enjoyed it immensely.All American has a list of very competent contractors (gas, landscape, fencing, etc.) that they can provide if needed.Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend them.
?I think my friend summed it up best when she said "I can't believe they actually got it [your pool] done as fast as they said they would, that boggles my mind." While that may have been a surprise to her, it wasn't for me because AACPS was upfront and communicative every step of the way.I did a lot of research before my wife and I decided who was going to install our pool. Initially, due to some reviews on this very site, I was hesitant because I wanted to find a company that had 5 stars. But if you read some of the reviews, they not only were written before the current owners took over but some have nothing to do with actual pool construction. Plus, in my opinion, I think oftentimes people forget to write when they're totally pleased. I'd like to buck that trend here, because I'm psyched.Ultimately, All American made me feel comfortable and that was an invaluable part of the construction process. It's a lot of time, a huge commitment, and certainly not a cheap endeavor. It helps to have someone solid on the other end of the equation that you can trust. All American not only was the only pool company that came up with a plan to help me truly maximize the space in my yard, but I ended up going with them because they were the only company that seemed to care. No other contractor, some even after being told I wanted to go with them, even followed up. If you can't be bothered to return a phone call, I can't be bothered to give you thousands of dollars. Rest assured that's not the case with All American.We came in on time, on budget, and everything looks fantastic.Ask Will for my number because I'm happy to chat. You'll have to get me out of the pool first, though.
The owner gave my boyfriend a warm place to stay, hot coffee, called the police for him and spoke to his support when he got into an accident out front of his establishment. I don’t know anything of the business but I do know about the kindness of the owner. What you did for him was selfless and beyond compassionate, we are both grateful for your kindness, and I’m thankful he had someone such as yourself to extend a hand of support. I hope for nothing but the best for you and your business! And to anyone reading this, just know that this type of kindness transfers to business too!! Definitely check them out!
William Ostanich and his team at American did an great job building us a pool on budget during the pandemic, when acquiring materials was a huge challenge. Special shout out to foreman Edgar who was very knowledgeable. Our pool was site was challenging and the design complex, but the results are beautiful.
We met and had an extensive meeting at our property. Many details answered and discussed. Said we would receive a quote. Never heard back. Put on extended hold when we called to follow up (since they did not follow up). Not a good feeling about working with them due to this lack of customer service.
