We cannot say enough about how wonderful Fairfield Pool and specifically Jeremy Blum was to work with when we needed to replace our pool liner. Jeremy was amazing in helping us to get our liner replaced in a time crunch. He was so professional and courteous, as well as being kind and compassionate. The men came at exactly the time they said they were going to and finished right on time. They explained everything that was happening as they did it and left the area immaculate! They were very professional. Fairfield Pool has been amazing to work with these last 14 years and we look forward to another fabulous 14! I am a proud owner of a 35 foot by 14.5 foot Pinnacle pool for a few years now. My favorite part of the pool is the shallow end sun deck where we lounge out with pool chairs and the young kids swim. The deck in the shallow end reminds me of the kiddy section of my neighborhood pool I swam in as a kid. The benches in the deep end, and the pool lights are great also. I would never go back to traditional pool liners, or a pool without a sun deck in the shallow end. Love my pinnacle pool, and the Fairfield Pool team were great installing my pool and helping with the annual maintenance. Thank you Fairfield Pools for you excellent service throughout installation and afterwards.
28 years ago today we made a wonderful decision by contracting with Fairfield Pool. Their workmanship on installing our in ground pool was second to none and I’m totally grateful. They just finished installing a new pool liner a few days ago and after 28 years they still exceed my expectations. The owner Jeremy along with his manager Michael are great guys and I appreciate them. If you’re looking to have a pool installed feel comfortable knowing you’ll be in good hands. They Do It Right!!
DO NOT USE FAIRFIELD.They will present you a contract that includes coping, but then attempt to hold your pool project hostage until you agree that they DON'T have to install coping, despite it being in the contract that they wrote.After that, the owner, Jeremy, will call you and tell you that because there is no coping, they are not responsible for the shoddy work they did during the installation.Once we started getting other contractors to look at the installation, they declined to install or warrant any coping because the underlying concrete was already deteriorating and would cause the coping to crack and loosen. We had resorted to using outdoor carpet around the pool because no reputable pool or tile company in the area will touch this project.After only three years, the pool installation has deteriorated to the point that it will have to be replaced.This is an outright scam. It's a shame that they were the only pool company that carried the fiberglass pool shell we wanted. Had we known, we would have definitely found someone else.As you can see from the photos, there is only a concrete collar installed, no coping. We have since learned that if the concrete is that thin, it requires rebar or mesh reinforcement, and it obviously has neither. If it hadn't started cracking immediately, we would likely have been fooled by the thin, un-reinforced concrete.We have spent the last three years trying to get Fairfield to remedy this situation, and have had to reach out to the shell manufacturer for assistance.If you already have a contract with Fairfield, I recommend you educate yourself about pool coping, collars, and concrete in general.
I had the skimmer and return line leaking for years!!! My temporary solution was plugin them when not being use. Yes so inconvenient!!! I called Fairfield pool that build my pool 30 year ago and Joe was great to provide guidance of what was needed to be done at a reasonable cost!!! Even more happy when Jodi and Felipe come to actually do the work and finished in one day. Jodi was professional every step! He knows what he is doing!!! He also was patience explaining and showing me what need to be replaced. Very happy with these guys!!!! It took a while to have them coming but it was worth the wait without a question!!! Thanks!!!
