We used them to close down our fiberglass pool the first winter we had our pool and anytime we would ask a question the worker Hayden would say we usually work on more expensive pools . We thought we would give them a second chance this year . We started calling them several weeks again with no reply . My husband finally got ahold of the owner and let him know we was having some issues with our pool . We thought he was the one coming out to close the pool and see if he could see where the problem was . Hayden showed up again this year with an attitude , again when we asked questions he said he didn’t know anything about it . You would think the workers you send to someone’s pool that they have invested a lot of money in would have skilled knowledge on what they were doing . That’s why we pay someone else . Very poor communication and unprofessional employees. Will not use again .
Arrowhead Pools did a fantastic job building our pool. The owners were here daily to make sure every aspect of the building process was perfect. The pool is gorgeous and we will enjoy it for years to come. Grateful to Arrowhead pools for designing and building our dream pool!
Arrowhead put in our pool 5 years ago and it was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. They always did exactly what they said they’d do and in the time they promised. And, since then, we haven’t needed much but when we do, they come to our home right away and fix what is needed and they always do a great job! We’d recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Kim Owens
