Randy was fantastic. Had me send pictures to make sure he worked on my particular brand and then was able to get to be even quicker than he first expected to. The issue ended up being something cheaper than what he first thought it might be and he didn’t try and take advantage of me. Also recommended chemicals that would be better for my hot tub.
Randy was responsive, showed up on time, diagnosed the issue with my Coast Cascade II spa quickly, 1 of my pump motors was bad. Had it changed out and back running in short order. Definitely recommend them for spa/hot tub service!
Returned message fast. Was able to get me going again in less than 3 days when other places never returned my call or were vague about whether they could help me. Wanted it fixed fast & reasonable and that’s what I got from Randy.
