They refuse to test my Hayward pump. They don't travel to Donna and they won't test my pump unless it's on site. They said they don't have 240 VAC to test it but every breaker box is 240 coming to the building. Don't buy Hayward products, the customer service is almost nonexistent.Very timely response Berry Pool, it only took three years!
Update. If you are having issues with your pool, you are better off looking on You Tube. You will probably find any answer to your pool problems there. These guys are going to charge you 150.00 in advance, just to go to your home. I made that mistake. They came, found no issues according to them and kept my money. Guy was there less than 10 minutes. Don't get screwed find someone else. Use Facebook market place. Plenty of pool repair guys there that work for pool companies on the side on weekends.6 years ago they replastered my pool with quartz. They are pricey but did a good job. I give them 5 stars for that.
Berry Pools has been great! From the very start, our project manager and his assistant were very helpful, gave lots of information, communicated efficiently through each phase, and always gave lots of answers when questions came up! (And believe me I had lots of questions! lol this was our first pool build!) they guided us towards a financing option, and worked smoothly along side the finance company as the project went on.We started looking to build a pool in peak season for pool business, and while many other companies couldn’t take on our new project, Berry Pools was able to accommodate us!They guided us through the options for plasters, decking, tiling, everything!We can’t wait for warmer days to jump in!
I've been with Berry Pool for approximately 20 years, and I can certainly recommend their superior pool cleaning and servicing. Recently we had to replaster our 23-year-old pool and I must say that Berry did a beautiful job! The various work crews were friendly, hard-working, and attentive to our special needs. The replaster process was thoroughly explained, all of my questions were answered and everything played out exactly as outlined. The entire process moved along surprisingly quickly, too. I think the pool looks better now than when it was brand new. Thank you, Berry Pool, for always providing us with excellent service.
I had a bad experience it took them 6 months to do my pool at the end of the job they left a big stain on the plaster of the pool that doesn't come off and they didn't want to fix it. Don't recommend.
