Hired to redo my tile on my pool and to build me a pool at another property I own. On my home the tile is almost all completely falling off and I had yo hire another pool company to fix it. They told me that they used the cheapest materials. On my other property.they hit the main power line when they were digging and left me without power for over 3 weeks. After that owner wanted me to pay for power line. He finallyagreed to fix it. The didn't call before he dug. Horrible build quality and it took forever..
I don't think man was professional at all. Thay took forever to finish our pool, they finally did and can see patches where they try to cover where they messed up on the plaster on the bottom of pool and the deck is cracking already after 8 months of use. So after all I won't recommend these people to anyone to build their pool.Not happy with their work at all!!!
Exellent service.Ocean Pools has given us an excellent service, regarding the maintenance of our pool. They have always been tacking care of the quality of the pool water, the maintenance of the equipment and when we have had doubts or questions, they have answered our questions quickly and satisfactory.100% Recommended: reasonable prices and excellent service.
I called going on two weeks for a re-plaster estimate on our pool. Still no one has come by to give us an estimate. I texted and spoke with I’m guessing it was the owner. So how professional is that? and what quality of business is that? Yes their value is poor, and not on time. Haven’t heard from them since so I’m guessing they’ll never show. Had to hire a Professional company from out of town who showed up when they said they were going to be here. I don’t recommend them, it’s best to call a professional pool contractor rather than calling Ocean Pools.
