14 years I Support THIS local family BUSINESS ( they are not billionaires) especially when they’re experts at their pools & hot tubs! Sam & Ed, & their adult children are all knowledgeable! Ed Helped converted our chlorine pool to saltwater pool ! Bonus- They help you load up your car with 20 pound bags of salt and other chemicals!
I have been a customer of M.T. Pools in Brunswick for many years now and the staff there are very professional and kind. They have helped me keep my pool sparkling clean!!
Wow have not experienced this kind of service in my life, my first pool I bought from MT pools had no issues at all, so I guess there is new ownership. So many problems from day 1, can’t go into it all but the major thing for me was it didn’t pass codes and guess they think I am responsible for that. I have dealt with it all summer and I am done with dealing with them. Owner came today and I could see he had a chip off his shoulder right from the start. They don’t want to listen to the customer, all they care about is being paid and don’t care if the customer is satisfied or not. I will never do business with them again, even if they are closer for me, I will order my chemicals on line. Don’t even give you instructions for the filter so have to figure out on your own how to take apart the filter to clean it and the owner ask me today if I got a book on it, nice time to ask me now as the summer is about over and I had to google everything to know how to do things. The only good thing I can say is two of the ladies working in the store were the most helpful. This company knows they did wrong.
Got a sand filter and didn't know how to put it together so I called them and they said bring it in and we will put it together for you so we did. We brought it home and couldn't get it to run right so they came right out and got it running. They are great people!! Very happy with there service!
I've been a good paying customer for a few years, This year I had my pool cleaned by them, told them I have a budget $500. Well I never got a bill until my amount can over $786 dollars then less them 1 week another for a total of $ 885.78. I went into the store talked to the girls about what happened, ask if the owner would take into consideration the amount I told them I had budgeted. And never received a bill until way after my amount, and I was told today. THAT'S THE PRICE AND NO DISCOUNT ON THEIR MISTAKE. So they have lost a customer and we all know the bad news travels faster than any other news. So I would recommend you to do business elsewhere, if I were you.
