Growing up in Alden, we always went to Alden Pools & Play for all of our pool needs. After recently moving to South Carolina, we were shocked by the prices of above-ground pools here. I reached out to Matt at Alden Pools & Play to see if they had ever shipped pools out of state, and he said absolutely!Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He sent us pictures of different pool colors and sizes, took the time to understand our needs and wants, and answered all of our questions. Within just a few days, he had coordinated everything with the shipping company, and before we knew it, a giant pallet arrived with everything needed for our new pool.The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. We absolutely love our new 24-foot Trevi above-ground pool! It’s the perfect way to beat the South Carolina heat, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We met with the team from Alden Pools and play last fall and began the process of getting an In ground pool this spring. Everything including the price was awesome. From the first meeting, to install and the communication was perfect. One of the owners worked with us to start and another was actually on site making sure everything was to our liking and going well. I would absolutely recommend the to anyone who is looking to get a pool. The project manager Chris (I don’t really know the title but it would be something like that) was a real solid guy to work with as well. 10/10 for our families experience and I would recommend to anyone.
We are VERY happy with our pool. Matt, Josh and team are honest, hard working people. They truly cared to get the job done right... and they did! Matt was the contact person for us. Matt was very responsive to answer all of our questions, even after the installation was completed. MCI Concrete partners with Alden Pools. Rick and his team understand concrete. Our pool patio and retaining wall are beautiful. We would hire them again.
We are so happy with our pool! The guys that did all the construction work on the pool were great. They came day after day to get the pool up and running. Whenever I had questions I reached out to Chris and Matt and they were pretty responsive. The thing I would keep in mind when purchasing a pool is be patient. I did my homework but from start to finish it takes about a month. That includes installing pool (inground),electric hookup, concrete and fence. I would not hesitate to recommend Alden Pool and Play but bear in mind that you have to act as your own general contractor on the overall project.
