I normally don't post things like this, but after almost a full year of trying to get a resolution, I feel it's important to share my experience so others are aware.I purchased my hot tub from Majestic Pool and Spa, which is a Calspa dealer. My spa is still under warranty, yet the entire inside surface has developed bubbling and damage to the clear coat. Despite this being a known warranty issue, l've spent nearly a year going back and forth between Majestic Pool and Spa and Calspa - and still, no one has taken responsibility or provided a fix.As a paying customer, I expected much better support from both the dealer and the manufacturer. It's disappointing to see how difficult it's been to get either company to stand behind their product and warranty.If you're considering purchasing a spa from Majestic Pool and Spa or Calspa, I highly recommend doing your research and understanding how warranty issues are handled — because based on my experience, you may be left waiting indefinitely for help.I truly hope that by sharing this publicly, these companies finally take action to resolve this ongoing issue.
