We had our pool put in in 2024. We had the best experience with Pacific Pools. The staff was great every step of the way with our install. They are quick to answer any question or send someone out as we had questions and were learning our pool. I would highly recommend them.
There is no one better from all I have learned and experienced. My pool was installed summer 2019 and it’s been an incredible experience ever since. They have opened and closed my pool each here without issues, and I have brought my water testing into their shop each summer all summer and my pool has been nothing short of perfect. Joe the owner and Gabriella his daughter are fantastic, and they have a very long term staff in place that shows they run a people first operation. Special shout out to Dan who runs service who has been the backbone of my pool from day 1, and Vince who heads up sales. First class operators and I would trust my pool with no one else unless I had to.
From start to finish this was a amazing experience, Vince provided excellent customer service and clear instructions about what the next steps would be. Take notes it is a lot of info! The owner, the boys(field crew) and the girls in the office are all great to interact with and full of knowledge. I highly recommend Pacific Pools & Spas!
