We just finished installing a hut tub we purchased from Allen and we could not be happier. Dave Helped us choose a hot tub that was right for our lifestyle and budget and was friendly and professional throughout the process.Also, we had to do a fair bit of work to prepare our site. Dave and the team at Allen helped us coordinate the work with electrical and landscape contractors to ensure there were no snags and the final installation was seamless. We felt supported through the whole process.Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Scheduling a service call is easy, and Zeb, one of their service technicians, came to my client's home to drain and winterize the hot tub and was on time, very knowledgable, helpful and did a great job!

We’ve had a Hot Springs spa since 2009! Allen Pools & Spas is first rate - we bought our “reconditioned” spa back in 2009. After all these years she needed to retire (she’s actually 23yrs old!). Our new “reconditioned” spa arrived just before Christmas 2024. The spa is newer and totally redone - like a brand new spa but better priced. Delivery, set up and taking away of our old spa was all handled smoothly by the staff of Allen’s. We highly recommend Allen Pools & Spas for their spas and service.
