Called late on a Friday and by Monday morning Branon’s was at my house helping fix my pool cover. The absolute best costumer service. I will continue to use Branon’s for all our pool needs.
Impeccable customer service—Erin + Helen have been an absolute joy to work with + a wealth of information. My husband + I bought an above ground 16’ x 32’ Intex pool online + basically had no idea what we were doing. I can’t recall who recommended them to us, but when we initially stopped in I was quite impressed that before giving any help/advice they provided a bottle + requested a sample of our water to test. They quickly tested the water while we waited + provided a detailed analysis with specific instructions for what to do + when to do it. Our water was crystal clear all Summer long. We’ve had such a wonderful experience—I highly recommend!
We recently moved to the area and purchased a home with a pool. We know nothing about pools! The staff at Branon's were so welcoming and took the time to really explain what each product does and exactly how to use it I left feeling confident with how to manage a pool. Erin even kept my wild 4-year old occupied so I could focus on asking questions and figuring everything out. We look forward to giving them business in the future!
Review of their indoor pool-Always some stupid reason kids can’t use the spa. Completely closed off mon-fri during the day due to “physical therapy”. Must be physical therapy for ghosts because no-one was there when we inquired to use it. What is wrong with saying “you can use the spa, but if physical therapy regulars come in, we may ask you to hop out”. Just the typical St. Albans attitude when it comes to the customer service here.
