Alka Pool Construction Ltd.

We had an in-ground hot tub installed and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The construction was well organized, and the finished product is very attractive. Just as importantly, the follow-up service has been excellent — any questions or minor adjustments were handled promptly and professionally. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience.

Given the quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism that the Alka Pool team consistently delivers, this project was yet another example of excellence for their organization. Our recent collaboration met every expectation on behalf of our valued clients. Effective communication, thoughtful project development, and timely execution were all a direct result of the project manager’s leadership and Alka Pool’s unwavering commitment to excellence. The skilled artisans on site conducted themselves with professionalism—polite, tidy, and courteous at all times. The final product reflected exactly what was envisioned, designed, and built, achieving complete satisfaction for our clients.

Our pool is beautiful and the tiles match the ocean which is the coloring we were going for. The tile work, mechanical room, functional design, lighting and controls via the phone are all elegant and highly functional. The spa inside the pool is the way to go, works very well. The baja shelf also works well as a lounger or kids area. The pool took a bit longer than anticipated to complete due to our location, however it is well worth it and has increased the value of our home significantly. It is well enjoyed by the family.

Alka Pools gave us exactly what we asked for and accommodated some changes along the way. The pool was set on columns ensuring that it was attached to solid ground, I am not sure other builders would have done this. From start up, everything has worked beautifully and is easy to understand. It was clear, everyone involved cared about the end results, their skill and experience was evident in all their work. The build was an interesting and enjoyable project and any questions we had were welcomed and addressed. Bruce Armstrong, Gibsons B.C.
