Outstanding experience with Aloha.I’ve done multiple home projects including a tear down and new build. Building a pool is a massive undertaking. I spent time researching companies and Aloha rose to the top over and over again. Marco and Roger Rizzo are fantastic leaders in the company. Operationally, Aloha is excellent. The timeline and budget landed very close to the estimates. Aloha may be slightly higher on the cost side BUT worth every extra penny. As a project manager of the project, they set me up with excellent contractors and worked closely with me on keeping the pool project moving. Jacob was excellent. Overall, if I was to build another pool, there’s no hesitation on who I would call … Marco and Roger Rizzo! They are the driving force behind Aloha Pools! Aloha is simply the best you can get! I can’t say enough good things about Aloha Pools. They took on my very difficult remediation of my hot tub which was leaking into my pool. I could not get any other pool company to take on the project including the company that originally built my faulty hot tub/pool (who I have decided not to name).Both Marco and Roger relentlessly troubleshooted the problem over 2 years to finally solve what seemed to be an unsolvable problem. Their quality of work and tenacity to resolve the problem was next level. In addition, their skilled employees/workers are a very pleasant and friendly group and really committed to their company.Marco was very patient with me and gave me all the options and his best advice on how to proceed every step of the way during the maddeningly stubborn repair of my hot tub/pool wall.Considering the difficulty of my repair, the cost was extremely reasonable, and I know that they took some pity on me regarding the frustrating predicament that I found myself in when it came time to issue me my bill for the repair.Given how Aloha Pools dealt with me and their obvious knowledge of pool structure and workmanship, I have full confidence that anyone would be in very good hands choosing Aloha Pools to construct their pool/spa. Light shines bright in the dark; and that seems most appropriate to Marco and his company. This market appears to have a lot of companies in bankruptcy, or in court cases that are leading that way. Marco is solid from the Core, and will continue to outlast as he has for a simple value we both share in business. We chuckle as we confirm that honesty is really an operational principle; it just makes life and business easier. Marco understands how to manage time, cost and quality and does so with transparency. He is here for the long haul, and that should be what you are looking for.
We have just completed a 12 month project with Aloha, putting in a large pool and spa. It was such a positive experience, great communication from Marco & Roger, excellent employees and sub contractors; knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation recommending Aloha to anyone, and will definitely use them again one day.
