It was so easy. I contacted them on the web page with my schedule and availability. They contacted me and were very accommodating. The tech showed up and solved the problem. Very professional and I felt like he really cared about how much this was costing me.More than I expected and then some.I would recommend these guys to anybody.I’ve been in the trades for forty years I love it when things go that smooth:)
[edit] the company did contact me afterwards and clarified their position. I believe better communication can be helpful but I appreciate their follow up to the review. So I am changing my rate to 4-star.........................I would've loved to be able to give the same 5-star review as others, but unfortunately I cannot. Most communications I had with them was with a few days delay in responses. Also, they changed the time of the initial appointment without letting me know. I got to know after I followed up after an hour of wait.But the main reason for my review is their pricing (at least for leak detection). The prices listed on the website are not at all relevant to the actual cost. They charged me about $200 for "leak assessment" service which they specifically mentioned it is high as it " require more specialized knowledge to diagnose and address. ". Fair point! However, their service did nothing on diagnosis and address. It was only a visit to get some info about the pool so they coule send me their full quote for leak diagnosis. I appreciate that leak diagnosis might not be doable with a couple hundred dollars, but charging $200 only to prepare the quote, is something that others do for free. Their representative, even though a very nice and friendly person, only went through all the possible reasons that leak might have happened and left without any guidance or suggestions for a potential leak. Completely not satisfied with this service. I cannot comment on their maintenance services.
My pool pump kept leaking overtime, had a tricky time finding the right pump to replace it, but they were able to source it, and install it perfectly.Great communication, professional service, and everything is working smoothly now.
I recently signed up for a hot tub service with Lions Gate Pool and Spa, and I'm super happy with the results. The team was super friendly, on time, and did a fantastic job. They cleaned our tub so well that it's now sparkling clean and ready to use. I highly recommend it to anyone needing great hot tub maintenance!
Oh my gosh!!! Such great service! We had another company come out to clean out our hot tub earlier. After they left, it felt sticky to me. I called them back and they came back two days later. I can only assume, they did the same thing, bc it was still sticky after they left and after a few uses the water was cloudy. One friendly visit from the hard working crew at Lions Gate Pool and Spa and the stickiness and cloudiness is completely gone. It looks as good now as the day we had it installed! Can't rave enough!
