Have been using Brookside, who built/installed our pool, for almost 5 years now for services. The owner, Steve, has been most helpful in making sure our scheduled openings/closings have been smooth and easy and along with that, he has always been willing to stay on top of any maintenance or repairs that we have had, even when busy. In our short term in dealing with Brookside, it has been relatively smooth.
If I could give this company more stars, I would! We purchased a new house with a pool during fall/winter after the pool had been winterized by a different company. Now that spring is here, we spent time looking for a pool company with decent reviews to open our pool after seeing the previous company the last owners used had awful reviews. Jeremy and his son came out to open our pool, and Jeremy was so patient and very knowledgeable. He pointed out things I needed to know, mistakes the other company made with winterizing, and answered all the questions I had. He was never pushy with additional things or try to sell me things, like other companies tend to do. In fact, he seemed like he was straight to the point and glanced at what we had and put aside the stuff we don’t need. As a customer, this goes a long way and builds trust. They absolutely have earned our future business!
Steve and his team put in our pool last summer - they worked fast and efficiently. Answered any and all questions that we had. The team was very nice, kept the backyard clean. We cant wait to reopen the pool this summer. 100% recommend !
Steve and his team put in our pool a year and a half ago. Not only did they do a fantastic job then, they continue to follow up with any questions or maintenance issues. They communicate quickly and efficently! 1000% would go with Brookside pools.
Before my project could begin, I needed to have two trees removed from my backyard. Brian’s crew were careful of my neighbor’s property and quickly finished the job. They kindly carried two long tree trunks to my front yard where I wanted to put them for a landscape border. Much appreciated.
