When I called the store, Julia answered and was very pleasant, polite and had great customer service. She answered my questions and invited me down to the store to do a complementary water test for our pool. Once I got to the store, I was greeted by a store associate and pointed to the direction of Julia. Julia immediately smiled and waved and helped me with the chemical needs for my pool. She reviewed the samples that I brought in and tested the water sample from their water test machine. She showed me the results and explained what I needed to do. She didn’t try to upsell me anything. I asked for the item that was needed and she walked me over and told me the best one for my needs. He have crystal clear water now!!!Their showroom for spas and saunas are amazing! Paige And Julia showed me the information for the sauna that I am interested in and provided me with details and information for the sauna and other saunas like it.My experience at Premire Pool And Spa was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

They’ve been incredibly helpful from day one. The staff is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. They now handle opening and closing my pool each season, and I regularly bring in water samples so they can help me keep everything perfectly balanced and sparkling. I truly couldn’t recommend them more!
