Really appreciate meeting and speaking with technician Steve today while he diagnosed and repaired my Jacuzzi tub lights. He got them working very quickly explaining the issue with the waterfall light and also replaced my clear-ray bulb too. He acted professionally and respectfully leaving me extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Thank you!

Great experience purchasing our hot tub here. They had the best prices and least pushy people. We've had our tub for about 18 months and just had our first service call. Steve was great, he had to replace all of our LEDs and did an amazing job. Unfortunately we had to pay for a $150 service call for what seemed to be a factory assembly problem. This is my only reason for removing a star. Steve gets 5 stars in my book.
