Tom has been my pool hero without a red cape--maybe a red t shirt instead when he's out in the field working with the crew. When you call him he makes you feel as if your concern is equally as important as anyones and makes every effort possible to help you- Has always been prompt when we needed advice, guidance or service. He's an independent business owner that does things the old fashion way--trustworthy. Tom willingly educates you in an understandable fashion on the why and what of the issue and what needs to be done about it. His decades of experience is very evident. Has always been pleasant to work with, has patience with my many questions, is reassuring things can be taken care of and attentive on doing things in the best affordable way possible. My husband and i are very confident in his skills and business "know-how". We highly recommend.
