I contacted JRD Pool & Spas as I had an urgent issue on a long weekend. The property is an Airbnb so the hot tub not working means major revenue lost. John really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and got my tub up and running! I was having issues getting the new pump to work, as it turns out it was defective. John fit me in despite being very busy and got it running for me. 100% will be going only to him in the future!

I had hired another company for over a year to maintain my indoor pool and hot tub, and unfortunately things were not being properly managed. The liner had a hole, chemical levels were unsafe, and the costs were extremely high. JRD Pool & Spa came in and within one day had everything fixed and running properly. Not only did they correct the issues, but they also took the time to educate me so I can better manage things and save money moving forward. Professional, honest, knowledgeable, kind, and affordable. I highly recommend them.
