Joe at Platinum Pool Services has been absolutely amazing to deal with. We didn’t even purchase our pool from him, but he has still gone out of his way to help me with advice, answer my questions, and guide me through different parts of the pool setup.He has been so patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating, even responding to my early-morning and late-night text messages. We are new to hot tubs. I called Platinum pool and spa to ask about a filtration problem. Joe told me how to fix it (add more water in our case). We will save our money for real problems and be sure to use Platinum.

Went over the plan and followed up with pictures and details on what was being done and would be done. Went above and beyond in every aspect. Kept everything simple for me and was thorough. We have had our spa for 5 months now. We were a bit “gun shy” due to the previous spa experience we had. We had a spa from another Calgary firm in the SE who was all there when we bought it, but when we had issues and needed them, Scott and his Team let us down and ghosted us. It became very frustrating and concerning as with a leak and winter approaching we were worried. Joe came out and assessed our old spa and completely explained the concern and situation. The Platinum spa we choose was installed and set up quickly without any major issues and has been working perfectly since the install. Joe and his Team are approachable, caring, and very knowledgeable on their product. Good product, good price, approachable and available help when you need it. Follow through is essential - knowing we can contact Joe and he will answer his phone is important to us. Id buy again from Platinum Spas.
Amazing experience as always. First time working with them Joe took the time to teach me the “in’s” and “out’s” of how to keep up maintenance which was so beneficial. I hate the heat and with my work busy in the summer neglected its upkeep, but they are so on top of my updates they reminded me and came and completely overhauled it. I don’t do reviews much, but this team deserves huge kudos and your business!
