We had a great experience from start to finish with Jay. He helped us select the perfect spa for our lifestyle and helped us secure a price point (over the Christmas holidays) that allowed us to get the most bang for our buck. When the spa was delivered he made sure the initial start up process went smoothly and communicated with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable with the hot tub’s operation. He literally gave us a step by step procedure and checked up on us every step of the way. He even came out a few times to help us do a quality check on our model to ensure we were happy with our product and continues to be helpful even after a year of use. We love our spa and were exceedingly happy with Jay’s customer service and level of expertise. We wish him and his family all the best.

Communication throughout the process was excellent.Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas even set up the hot tub we were considering so that we could do a wet test, which made us feel confident in our decision. From the purchase through delivery and final setup, everything was flawless and very well coordinated.We chose a Hot Spring Grandee with the salt water system and monitoring, and we absolutely love it. We have been using it daily for a couple of months now. The patented jets are incredible and provide a thorough, truly therapeutic massage.What really sets this company apart is the level of care they provide after the sale. They offer a hot tub school every Saturday morning for new owners. We attended and found it extremely helpful. Drew walked us through everything we needed to know to properly care for the hot tub and maintain perfect water quality. Since then, we have been back to the store several times, and every visit feels personal. The staff recognizes us and continues to give us the same level of attention and support as they did before we purchased.We could not be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas to anyone considering a hot tub.
