Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas Ltd

I was referred to Jay Lemieux at Rocky Mountain pools & Spas by a friend, and I was not disappointed. Jay personally walked me through the entire process from selecting the right system for me, through installation and spa care. His expertise and patience has been beyond valuable to me as a first time spa owner. I couldn’t imagine dealing with anyone else. Thanks so much Jay, I absolutely love my gorgeous new hot tub!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jay while shopping for a hot tub, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Jay is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about the products he sells. What really sets him apart is that he’s a long-time hot tub enthusiast himself, so his recommendations come from real-world experience rather than just a sales pitch. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the differences between models, and help me find the perfect hot tub for my needs without any pressure. His expertise, honesty, and attention to detail made the entire process easy and enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a hot tub or spa, I highly recommend asking for Jay. His professionalism, product knowledge, and personal passion for the hot tub lifestyle make him an outstanding salesperson and a pleasure to work with. Thanks again, Jay!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Jay. He helped us select the perfect spa for our lifestyle and helped us secure a price point (over the Christmas holidays) that allowed us to get the most bang for our buck. When the spa was delivered he made sure the initial start up process went smoothly and communicated with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable with the hot tub’s operation. He literally gave us a step by step procedure and checked up on us every step of the way. He even came out a few times to help us do a quality check on our model to ensure we were happy with our product and continues to be helpful even after a year of use. We love our spa and were exceedingly happy with Jay’s customer service and level of expertise. We wish him and his family all the best.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. We worked with Scott Kondi, who was incredibly attentive and responsive. He consistently called/emailed us back, even on weekends and after hours, and he was always available by email and text. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas even set up the hot tub we were considering so that we could do a wet test, which made us feel confident in our decision. From the purchase through delivery and final setup, everything was flawless and very well coordinated. We chose a Hot Spring Grandee with the salt water system and monitoring, and we absolutely love it. We have been using it daily for a couple of months now. The patented jets are incredible and provide a thorough, truly therapeutic massage. What really sets this company apart is the level of care they provide after the sale. They offer a hot tub school every Saturday morning for new owners. We attended and found it extremely helpful. Drew walked us through everything we needed to know to properly care for the hot tub and maintain perfect water quality. Since then, we have been back to the store several times, and every visit feels personal. The staff recognizes us and continues to give us the same level of attention and support as they did before we purchased. We could not be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas to anyone considering a hot tub.

We recently bought our first hot tub and Jay Lemieux was our first point of contact onsite at Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas. Jay's knowledge and assistance throughout the buying process was top notch. His communication skills are superb and answered all questions immediately via phone /email. As first time spa buyers, we appreciate Jay going the extra mile to ensure our tub was set up properly and efficiently, and explained in detail how it all works! I would recommend speaking to Jay if you are in the market for a hot tub or pool! We are happy with the service and quality of hot tub we purchased!
