Recently had a hot tub installed by these guys and they were great to deal with. They worked well with my Electrician and my Mason who I hired to help build up a wall as a privacy shield for my hot tub. Atlantic Hot Tubs is THE place you want to buy your tub. They have reasonable prices and they are with you every step of the way to get your hot tub up and running, and there for questions for the life of your tub. We were in the middle of updating our backyard when the tub was delivered and Steve came out not once but twice to show us how to operate the tub and get us all squared away. We are so impressed with the amount of water treatment we were given to get started and the laminated instruction sheet is a must have. Buy from Atlantic Hot Tubs! They are great customer service well beyond the sale.
Greg is a really nice guy! He helped us find the right Bullfrog Spa that we were looking for. We had questions after the purchase and he was more than accommodating. I would recommend Atlantic Hot Tubs if you’re a first time buyer or existing customer. We are enjoying our hot tub and we couldn’t be happier.
