Update: James contacted me immediately to remedy the situation. He came through quickly to help get everything addressed, and now we're in the process of perfecting our pool setup. We hope that he'll be our pool professional going forward, and will be recommending him to the future owners of our current house.
James is an absolute pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly, sent an email invite to confirm our appointment, showed up when he said he would, and he re-plumbed our pool and hooked up our new pool heater for us for a very reasonable price. He's amazing! He also replaced our old flex tubing with hard pvc pipe, and our pool has MUCH better flow now! Very happy with everything he's done!

MassPools did a fantastic job replacing our pool motor pump on short notice.
