We recently purchased a new hot tub from Hot Tub and Spas, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! ?????? Jonathan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly , and genuinely helpful in guiding my hubby and me to the perfect hot tub at an amazing price !!! He took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure, which made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable ??? Delivery and setup were included and handled professionally and efficiently ??? Everything was clearly explained so we could start enjoying our hot tub right away ????? We also really appreciated the included Spa Pack with all the chemicals needed to get started ?? As a bonus, Jonathan and his crew removed our old hot tub ?? and delivered it to another address for a very reasonable fee ????—which made the whole transition seamless ?? We did encounter a few minor manufacturing issues early on after the install; however, Jonathan and his team were quick, professional, and very responsive in resolving everything right away. ????Their commitment to making things right truly stood out and gave us a complete peace of mind If you’re thinking about getting a hot tub or sauna, I highly recommend Hot Tub and Spas ???? I CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY!! We recently worked with Cambridge hot tubs and saunas after there was a power surge at our home which fried our hot tub panel. Cambridge Hot tub and saunas came out quickly and helped us right away to get our hot tub working again after months of sitting! They removed our hot tub, fixed and water tested and returned it to us within 2.5 weeks which was absolutely amazing! The entire team from calling to get someone to come look at it to delivering it back looking better than brand new were AWESOME! Thank you so much to Jon, JR, Mario, Rob and Liza for everything! We will never go to another hot tub place again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 stars!

We recently purchased the Williston 2 hot tub from Cambridge Hot Tubs, and our experience with Jon (the owner) was outstanding from start to finish. Jon was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in answering all of our questions leading up to the purchase. One of the best parts is that Jon also owns MOD Electrical and is a licensed electrician, so he was able to handle the full electrical setup on delivery day—such a huge bonus for us as first-time hot tub owners. On delivery day, Jon and his team arrived right on time and made the whole process look effortless. During setup, Jon discovered a shipping error: the Williston 1 had been delivered instead of the Williston 2. Instead of leaving it for another day, Jon immediately drove all the way to their Meaford warehouse (a 5-hour round trip!) to swap it out. By that evening, our correct hot tub was installed and running. His honesty really stood out—he could have easily said nothing, and we likely wouldn’t have known the difference - despite the differences between the two. We were just so excited to have our new tub. That level of integrity is rare and shows how much he truly cares about his clients. Since the install, Jon has continued to be incredibly supportive, answering all of our new-owner questions quickly and thoroughly. The service, professionalism, and value we’ve received have exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a hot tub, I can’t recommend Jon enough—you’ll be in excellent hands!
