I felt compelled to write a review after reading some of the absurdly dramatic complaints on here, specifically the one claiming the owners are 'arrogant' and use 'unqualified kids.'As a long-time customer of this company, I can say firsthand that this couldn't be further from the truth. Here is the reality of how this business actually operates:The Crew: The technicians they send out are incredibly well-trained, polite, and thorough. Calling them 'school-aged boys' just because they are young is incredibly disrespectful. They know exactly what they are doing.The Equipment: If a pump isn't running and parts are broken from winter weather, that is a homeowner maintenance and electrical issue, not the pool company's fault. Expecting a company to pay $1,000 for your own pre-existing pool damage is delusional. They are pool technicians, not magicians.Management (Melissa): Melissa and the team have always been nothing but professional, accountable, and honest. Bringing out a service manager to explain technical equipment issues isn't 'tag-teaming'—it’s called providing expert customer service and standing by your staff.It’s obvious when a customer is just throwing a tantrum because they didn't get a freebie. This company is reliable, professional, and fair. Don't let one bitter, entitled review scare you away from an excellent local business. They’ve earned my loyalty for life!

Pay close attention to the bad reviews. We had been a customer of this company for the past 3 years and they had always been very helpful so we decided to use them to close our pool last year (went fine) and open it this year. Well, let me tell you…. The team of school aged boys that were sent to us were under qualified to perform the job. They could not switch on our pump and suggested we had an electrical issue and required a service call. After I investigated, I flicked the switch for our pump and lo and behold, it was running. At this point, I gave them the benefit of a doubt. I left them with it to complete the job only to return home to find my pump not running and pool filthy. I later discovered multiple pieces had been broken. No call, no email. Nothing. I’m really unsure what I paid $400 to the company for.What’s even more concerning, is the lack of accountability from the co-owner Melissa. I attempted to call and left messages and never received a response so I had to visit the store. Melissa was combative and very worked up about the situation. So much so that she felt the need to bring out the service manager to tag team me in an effort to defend their case and deny any responsibility. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Rather than attempt to make things right, they doubled down and declined my proposal to be refunded for my pool opening. (See below for pics of what an opening by this company looks like). The level of arrogance and lack of professionalism on these two individuals is unmatched. Just avoid at all costs. It was just a horrible experience beginning to end and caused unnecessary stress and expenses. We are now out almost $1000 for this entire mess and they have no remorse. If you’ve had your pool opened by them and was told that parts have broken “due to weather”, you might want to look into that.
As a new pool owner, I love visiting this place for all of my pool needs! The staff are fun and approachable, with solid experience to back it up. Pool ownership has been easy with their patient staff guiding us. I trust them with all of my pool maintenance, chemicals, equipment, and even the fun pool toys like Sparkles (see picture).
