Sam showed up when he said he would. Fixed the problem quickly for a fair price. Had the necessary parts with him. Even gave me some product advice. He's my hot tub guy now.
Sam was an absolute professional. I am so thankful for the reviews on Google as I researched him diligently before calling him. We are so grateful for his knowledge, direct work ethic and reasonable rates. We really wanted to get the hot tub working again and were lucky that he was a "jack of all trades" for hot tubs. We cut out the middle man and the overhead by going direct to the technician. Sam had all of the parts and fixed it on site. Cambridge area.

Good service, right up to the point where the customer asks questions and literally gets yelled at for it. That loses a few stars. Enjoy his work but ask solution based questions at your own peril. Btw: Deck Adjacent/Partial hot tubs in Canada 20-25%. Sam doesn't like these. He may not even work with you.
I have used numerous hut tub companies over the years and very few have left me satisfied.A couple of years ago someone recommended Happy Hot Tub. I needed a major refurb and Sam did it for half the price another company quoted..Most recently i contacted Sam over a heating issue. He called me and talked through a resetting of the control panel. It’s a real pleasure to find a technician who is honest and efficient. I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re tired of getting jerked around when you need your hot tub serviced give Sam a call. You won’t be disappointed.
