Excellent customer care. We are very happy with our 5+ years owning a Hot Springs hot tub, and Ohio Pools has always been dependable for help. I appreciate that Ohio Pools worked with Hot Springs to resolve a warranty issue that developed late in the warranty period. Many thanks to all!
Purchased a brand new hot tub. Scheduled delivery and was told I would be notified before delivery. I was not notified. Went two weeks without the steps because they were on back order. I was never told until I reached out. Had the hot tub less than a month and noticed that when all the jets were on, the hot tub would leak. Called in for service and was told that normally it would be a 99$ charge even though it's under warranty. This was waived since it has been less than a month and it's leaking. I was told on the phone that they would follow up after. A week later and I still haven't heard anything. The morning of the repair my hot tub was crystal clear. When I checked it after the repair, the water was greenish yellow. After two days of trying to clear it up, I had to drain the hot tub completely. I still haven't heard what the problem was or what was needed to fix it. Did they add water? Was it a hose? Who knows. All I know is that the water was disgusting and there were screws left out of the main panel. I chose to spend more money to purchase from here, but I am not very impressed with any of it so far. All I ask for is some communication.
Just excellent experience buying our hot tub. Customer service was best I've had with any recent purchase. The installation crew was wonderful and the service department as well. Highly recommend this company and it's products. We purchased a hot springs Aria and love it!
I had a great experience after my power went out in the dead of winter. Unfortunately all the pipes in my tub had burst. I had my tub rebuilt and after 3 visits. It is finally up and running without any leaks. Repairs were expensive, however the knowledge and expertise helped me avoid having to purchase a new Hot Tub. Great customer service and was in constant communication regarding the status of my tub!! I am a therapist and do a lot of heavy lifting daily. Glad to have my Hot Tub Back in Business!! Great Job!!
