Nice and easy buying experience, staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure us while we were browsing. We ended up purchasing a new hot tub from them and had it delivered the next day while they removed our old unit. The process was one of the best "big purchase" experiences I've had and I can't recommend them enough.

SW Florida Hot Tub Movers exceeded my expectations in every way! I had a 6 person tub to move from Naples to Fort Myers. Kara was able to get a date scheduled for us quickly, and was able to accommodate a late change of the date we had to make without issue. Shannon, Gavin and Evan were all friendly, but more importantly, they’re all competent and very efficient. The tub was removed from Naples in less than an hour, including removing/replacing a screen panel. The install at Fort Myers was just as fast. This was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had with a company, and I can’t recommend them enough!

From the time we purchased our home in Florida in June we knew we were going to replace the existing hot tub, it was sunken in and very old.
