We have known Mark since our hydro pool purchase in 2021. Always helpful and follows through. We recently had to replace our filter. We tried everything to get that sucker to install properly. Mark had mentioned a ring that needed to be removed and I could not find it! Mark sent his techs right over to fix it! All is well. Thank you! ??
Fantastic spas, the owner is incredible when it comes to customer service and knowing exactly what we were looking for. The spa maintenance technician was very professional and taught us a lot about the care of our spa as well. We will never forget how kind everyone was to my mother on hospice and we will always go back to this store for all our spa business. Our spa is exactly what we were looking for and all accessories purchased have been a dream to use.
My family has purchased two pools from Mark, one hot tub and one swim spa. Mark was there from start to finish from getting an electrical or concrete contractor to placement and design he and his team always came through!! Once the sale and install were over they have continued to support us through maintenance and service. If you don’t give them a shot at your business when looking for a spa you are doing yourself a disservice.
This is a 15 month review of a hydropool Swim Spa. I purchased it from Mark in June of 2024. The installation took three months as the swim spa was part of a large backyard landscape project. Marks help and attention to detail during the installation was greatly appreciated. His recommendations for contractors and the coordination with everyone made the project go smoothly. Service after the sale was excellent the minor issues were always addressed promptly. Mark congratulations on your new store I wish you success and I know you will well.
