From initial meeting, through purchase and now delivery and installation Phoebe and her team have been outstanding. If I could give them more stars I would. Jacuzzi hot tubs are on the higher end and yet they have provided excellent service quality and value. Phoebe is extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as market influences and pricing pressures.Alberto and his installers were on time, clearly knew what they were doing and we also pleasant and professional.All in all an outstanding experience. If I ever get another hot tub I will certainly call them again
Once we decided to make the investment for a new spa, we spent a LOT of time researching. I mean, a LOT a lot! The process was nerve racking and at times frustrating. We tried Jacuzzi a little late in the game, thinking they're too expensive and you're really just paying for the name (kinda like Harley ??). So when we visited the showroom we really didn't expect it to go any further.Turns out, it was the last brand we tried and the decision was really quite easy after that. First, the tub. Other brands had pluses and minuses. But the 400 Series we sat in truly checked all the boxes: features, appearance, and quality. Loved everything about it right away. And as to JHTotT... I really cannot give enough praise. Phoebe has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Helping us plan, everything from placement to finding an electrician (BTW Alpine Electric is top notch!), to getting the whole thing set up. She's been available and responds right away.We've had our tub now for over 6 months and Phoebe can still be counted on for assistance and advice. We use our Jacuzzi ALL. THE. TIME! Yes, it's a bit more expensive. But when you're going to make an investment like this, we'd prefer to feel confident it's going to last for the long haul. We have that confidence with Phoebe and Jacuzzi. Could NOT be happier!
Jaccuzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle and Phoebe in particular were highly recommended by a friend. Phoebe spent a lot of time walking us through the options and describing the pros/cons of several models before we selected a Jaccuzi hot tub. She also spent a lot of time helping to coordinate the hot tub installation with our builder. The delivery team was fantastic, negotiatong a difficult slope and tight turn to get the hot tub in place. Since installation, Phoebe replies extremely quickly when I have hot tub questions. Her advice and tips are priceless! I can’t recommend Jaccuzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle more highly.
I can honestly say Phoebe and her team are INCREDIBLE and set the bar for customer service. We purchased a jacuzzi tub from Jacuzzi hot tubs of the triangle a few months ago. Phoebe was absolutely awesome at answering all of my questions and helping me to narrow down which tub would work best for us. This is the 2nd tub I have owned (purchased the first one from a different vendor in the triangle area and left it when we sold our house). Phoebe’s customer service blows away the competition! The guys she used to install our tub were not only professional but prompt and super helpful at answering all of my questions as well. I have purchased supplies from their online store and have found quick and accurate delivery and the products (along with Phoebe’s instructions) have kept my tub SPARKLING! We use our tub all the time and it has been so incredible at relieving back and joint pain and has helped to give us restful sleep! I have referred many family and friends to Phoebe’s company and will continue to do so as she is hands down the most knowledgeable and most accessible business owner you will ever encounter!!!!
