We’re nearing the end of our 4-month custom linear shotcrete pool build with Master Pools by Gress, Inc., and Michael and his team have done an outstanding job. From the start, they were professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely customer-focused. After meeting with several pool builders in the area, Master Pools clearly stood out for being far more thoughtful, collaborative, and invested in bringing our vision to life rather than simply trying to sell us a pool.The construction process went smoothly overall. Brian, Javier, and their teams moved quickly through the early phases, including excavation, rebar, and plumbing. Landon, Hunter, James, Ryan, and Perla also played important roles in keeping everything on track, from shotcrete and plaster prep to material selections, pool startup, project management, and operations. A few minor issues and design changes came up along the way, but Michael was quick to respond and handled them the right way. That level of ownership made a real difference. We’re excited to see the design come to life and would highly recommend Master Pools by Gress, Inc. to anyone looking for a custom pool builder where quality, design, and craftsmanship truly matter.
Michael and his team did amazing job at my pool and hardscape project. I had reached out to 2-3 builders and tried to do initial design discussions but no one was even close to what Michael and his team was able to suggest and brainstorm overall design with me. I would highly recommend Gress Inc for any of your pool related build work, they are really amazing crew.
What a beautiful pool! Beyond what we imagined it would be. Nick did an outstanding job of working with us, understanding our requirements and designing it.Hunter and Landon did a great job of seeing the project though and the crews they use top notch. They’re both very easy to work with and Perla in the office was very friendly and responsive.If I had one minor suggestion for an improved experience it would be to clean up better after they’re done. But I’m nit picking.We feel like we’re at a luxury resort in our back yard! Thanks guys!
Gress Inc. came highly recommended to us when we built our new home. We were able to view several Gress pools and loved the beauty and uniqueness of each one.
