Very happy with their service, professionalism, and honesty. A very friendly employee named Jonathan came by today and helped me understand so much about maintaining my pool. Unlike another company in the area who's service I had turned down, he did not make me feel stupid for asking a lot of questions. He also did not try to upsell me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! I needed a new pool light installed in my in-ground pool. I called at least 15 times and left MULTIPLE voicemails. Not once did they reach out to me!!! How embarrassing!!! I finally had a chance to drive there after work and on my way there I called 3 times with no one answering but when I arrived the door is wide open and the RUDE older guy was just sitting in the chair. I asked him if they could fix it for me and he said “No we don’t do that anymore it’s better if you call an electrician” and then had the nerve to say “ We can do it but our tech is at least a week and a half scheduled out.” This company is HORRIBLE when it comes to professionalism and I have had family and friends that have had said the same thing. They have lost me as a regular customer. I rather deal with calling someone from Phoenix, Chandler, etc. and also like other comments had said SINCE LAST YEAR they were supposed to come out and check my light wiring and never came! So done with this place...

Very friendly and fantastic service. On a home warranty call they also took the time to really teach me how my pool works, and show me features that I didn't even know it had. I will definitely be making them our regular pool service people!

Was loyal customer for years but never again they came out to clean my pool left in green told me they added 90$ in chemicals and they would be back three days later and no one came. I had to call multiple times and they kept telling me my pool was done. Took two weeks to convince them it was still green . After all was said in done they charged me for both visit and chemicals they say they added but never worked. Very shaddy and a big rip off. So disappointed when you try to support local and the screw you over.

This would be a zero but I had to select a star to move to the next screen. Back in June 2016 my husband and I started calling different pool companies to get the best deal. We needed our pool pump repaired and our sand replaced. Norris had the best deal. So we decided to call to set up a day when they could come. They didn't answer the phone, we left messages...nothing! So my husband went to the store. They said they'd be out next week. But they never came. We called again to ask when they'd be out. They said next week. But they never came. Everytime my husband spoke to them they asked if they could come through our side gate on a day when we weren't home. My husband informed them that he was home 4 days a week and worked the weekends and Mondays and the whole rest of the week he was there and he preferred they come when either he or I were home. Finally at the end of August they came to "fix" our pump. Since then it's never worked. We called right away to let them know it was worse. They told us to backwash it several times. We did that for a month and still our pump is broken. We've called them 4 times to come out to fix what they broke and they said they'd put us on a call list. It's been a month now and they still haven't called us. We are disgusted with the service and poor customer service. We would have another company come fix our pump but we paid Norris hundreds of dollars. They need to troubleshoot the issue! Grrr!
